Gaynor initially trained to be a teacher, but her exceptional singing voice took her in other directions and she maintains a very successful career performing with all the major UK opera companies. In addition to this she has a thriving teaching practice and also is in great demand as an adjudicator and masterclass presenter.

Communication has always been foremost in every category of Gaynor's work, looking at how to use text to the greatest effect and how your body language affects the way others interpret your words.
